What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute provider contracting services and lead engagement initiatives for strategic health partners
Analyze financial data to establish network strategic initiatives and collaborate with leadership
Negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, and other providers while ensuring compliance
Provide on‑site support and education to healthcare providers participating in the CareSource PCMH program
Mentor and train new hires while resolving complex provider inquiries and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, including three (3) years in provider relations or contracting
Managed care experience is mandatory
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of provider network management processes and regulatory compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in a healthcare‑related field
NCQA Patient‑Centered Medical Home (PCMH) experience
Six Sigma Certification or Project Management certification
Strong negotiation skills with effective oral and written communication abilities
Training or teaching experience related to healthcare practices
