What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support the contingent worker recruitment function and maintain employee file compliance

Recruit all Temporary Employee hires in alignment with Children's Minnesota initiatives

Partner with the HR Compliance Advisor to implement strategies for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Address conflicting priorities with high attention to detail and follow-through

What is Required (Qualifications)

Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or three years of combined administrative and human resources-related experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum of one year of human resources/recruitment experience strongly preferred

General knowledge of HR employment laws

Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional communication skills and professional presence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously

Effective problem-solving, process improvement, and troubleshooting skills
