Description Do you enjoy using technology and have a good knowledge of Caterpillar equipment? As a Condition Monitoring team member, you’ll be using Caterpillar technology to remotely monitor equipment as well as helping to educate our customers to use various Caterpillar applications.

Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain a zero-accident environment, emphasizing safety first in all we do.

Monitoring and Evaluation of earthmoving equipment data received via telematics (CAT Product Link, VisionLink), oil sample data, dealer and customer inspection data, work order data, and other machine health related information

Create recommendations using collected data to help customers resolve issues with their equipment. Communicate the recommendations to customers and dealer support reps by e-mail, phone, or in person as needed.

Evaluate lead and opportunity data from Caterpillar and add machine health information to the data to create enhanced machine health opportunity reports and recommendations.

Assist with training customers and employees to sign up for and use various Caterpillar applications including VisionLink and Cat Inspect.

Support and assist in team process improvement projects.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour daytime position.

Proficient understanding of mobile devices and using mobile apps (Android and/or iPhone platforms).

High School diploma (or GED/High School Equivalence Certificate).

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of various Caterpillar applications (i.e., VisionLink, Cat Inspect).

Caterpillar engine and/or machine technician experience.

Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, particularly on Caterpillar equipment and engines.

Experience training others one-on-one or in groups.

Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and Service Information System (SIS).

Caterpillar dealership experience.
