Position Overview EGA Products is looking for a

Sales Automation & Product Specialist

to join our team in Brookfield. This is a unique role that blends traditional inside sales support with forward-thinking AI implementation. This role in an in‑office job. We are a family-owned manufacturing company that builds material‑handling equipment like stairs, ladders, and stack racks.

This is

not

a traditional account manager or heavy‑travel outside sales role. We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable answering the phones and processing quotes while simultaneously figuring out how to use AI to make those very processes and day‑to‑day tasks faster and more efficient.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Customer & Sales Support:

Handle incoming phone calls, manage quotes and order entry, and provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Team Integration:

You will collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and operations on tasks and projects.

AI & Automation Implementation:

Identify high‑impact opportunities to use AI tools and automation workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and improve internal response speeds.

System Integration:

Help integrate AI tools into our existing ERP and CRM systems.

Process Improvement:

Research customers and internal workflows to find ways to improve efficiency and documentation time.

Product Mastery:

Learn the product line and connections to effectively sell and support customers.

Sales & Administrative Support:

Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, customer outreach, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Sales Experience:

3+ Years of sales experience.

The "Problem Solver" Mindset:

You are a self‑starter who takes pride in their work and able to solve problems.

Tech‑Savvy:

You are comfortable with AI tools, computers, automation platforms, and business systems.

Organized Multi‑tasker:

You can handle a variety of tasks and don't get overwhelmed by shifting priorities or "surprise" work.

Customer Facing Experience:

You have a good phone presence and enjoy being helpful to customers.

Growth‑Oriented:

While field experience isn't required, you must be eager to learn the manufacturing industry and how to apply technology to it.
