Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (System/Software Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) from an accredited college
Knowledge/experience working with proposals (competitive/non-competitive)
Air Systems experience in one or more of the following areas: System Design, Verification, Systems Integration & Test (SI&T), Flight Test, Software, Supplier management
Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
Experience creating quality TSOW/BOEs
Created and managed metrics
Active SECRET security clearance
Utilize MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Job Description The POC selected for this role will assist with various Proposal Improvements across Aeronautics in support of ADP, AMMM, F35, and IFG. The Proposal Improvements lead will assist with the implementation of various corporate and Aero proposal initiatives, ensuring programs and teams have a standard approach to proposal development defining a sound basis for execution of an effort across technical and non-technical teams.

Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead a team and work in a team environment
Earned Value Management System (EVMS)/ Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
Experience developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) (or providing inputs)
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
Create presentations; ability to present to Senior and Executive Leadership
Analytical, Detailed Oriented, and Strategic
Utilize APTS
Technical Planning experience during the proposal and / or early contract execution phases.
Tableau experience / developed metrics dashboards
Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience
