Hope Church is seeking a
Videographer + Content Creator
to help tell the stories of what God is doing in our community through compelling, high-quality video and visual media. This role is for an experienced visual storyteller who loves capturing meaningful moments and translating them into content that inspires people and invites them into deeper connection with Jesus. Working as part of HOPE’s Communications team, this person will create video content that supports worship services, social media, ministry initiatives, and major church events. The ideal candidate combines
strong technical production skills with pastoral sensitivity , thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about using creative media to support the mission of the local church. What You’ll Do
Produce
short- and long-form video content
that highlights stories of transformation, faith, and community life at HOPE Create
platform-ready content
for social media, services, and digital communications Produce
worship videos, sermon series bumpers, and seasonal campaign content
(Christmas, Easter, special initiatives) Capture and edit
sermon footage and ministry stories Serve as a secondary event photographer
when needed Manage the full video production process, from planning and filming through editing and delivery Organize and maintain a
library of media assets
for future use Collaborate closely with ministry leaders and communications teammates to bring creative ideas to life What We’re Looking For
A growing and active faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with HOPE’s mission and values Visual storytelling ability and creative instincts Experience producing both long-form storytelling videos and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Cloud
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) Experience with
color grading, motion graphics, and video editing workflows Excellent
interpersonal and interviewing skills , with the ability to help people share their stories comfortably on camera Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Prior ministry or church communications experience preferred Benefits

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) including: Sunday: 7:30 am–12:30 pm Monday–Thursday: 9 am–5 pm Occasional evenings + Saturdays for events Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday are required “all-in” staff workdays Physical Expectations
This role includes operating production equipment and may involve lifting gear (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and filming in a variety of environments. If you are passionate about
