Job Description The Associate, Grower Services and Communication supports the Grower Services function by coordinating initiatives, synthesizing information, and delivering clear, timely communications that strengthen grower relationships and enable informed decision‑making by leadership. This role plays a critical part in connecting operational activity, grower feedback, and data inputs into coherent updates, insights, and narratives for both internal and external audiences. The Associate works closely with Grower Services leadership and cross‑functional partners to support planning, execute programs and events, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality grower experience. The position requires strong judgment, organization, communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset, balancing strategic support work with hands‑on execution across multiple priorities.
Grower Services Support & Insight Synthesis
Support Grower Services leadership by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing grower data, feedback, and operational updates
Prepare and present clear summaries and materials that highlight grower status, trends, risks, and key considerations to support leadership planning and decision‑making
Translate complex or technical information into accessible, executive‑ready insights and narratives
Proactively surface patterns, observations, and questions that help inform next steps and priorities
Communications & Storytelling
Responsible for the development, coordination, and dissemination of grower‑facing communications, including newsletters, letters, updates, and seasonal or harvest‑related messaging
Prepare presentations, decks, and written updates for senior and executive leadership
Ensure communications are accurate, timely, audience‑appropriate, and aligned with business priorities
Deliver consistent messaging with clarity across all grower and leadership communications
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Plant teams, and other stakeholders to collect inputs, align messaging, and support execution of grower‑related initiatives
Manage and execute cross‑functional activities to ensure projects move forward smoothly and deadlines are met
Act as a reliable point of connection between teams to support shared goals
Program, Event & Project Support
Lead planning and execution of grower meetings, events, educational sessions, and field activities, including logistics and onsite coordination
Manage time‑sensitive initiatives such as harvest communications, ensuring information is accurate and distributed through appropriate channels
Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow‑through
Grower Experience & Customer Service
Maintain regular communication with growers, farm managers, and internal teams to support a positive, responsive grower experience
Responsible for customer service inquiries, issue tracking, and follow‑up to ensure timely resolution
Monitor feedback from surveys or service interactions to help identify opportunities for improvement
Support CRM updates and documentation to keep grower information organized and accessible
Oversee daily operations of the grower store, ensuring products and supplies are available to meet grower needs
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in a role involving communications, program and event coordination, operations support, client services, or cross‑functional project work
Experience working in agriculture, food systems, manufacturing, or similarly complex operational environments, preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Growers receive consistent, accurate, and thoughtful communication
Events, communications, and projects are well‑coordinated and executed
Cross‑functional partners experience the role as organized, responsive, and reliable
Grower feedback and service interactions are captured and reflected in continuous improvement efforts
Pay Range Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
