About the Role
Davies is supporting a key partner in the recruitment of a skilled
Bodily Injury/Property Damage Claims Adjuster . This position is ideal for a claims professional with hands-on experience handling auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims. You will play a critical role in managing, investigating, and resolving claims involving minor property damage as well as more complex bodily injury exposures. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately
150175 active claims . Handle
auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims
from intake to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing reports, and evaluating damages. Establish and maintain accurate reserves, with most claim files reserved at
$25,000 or less . Analyze liability, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements where appropriate. Interact with claimants, attorneys, internal departments, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently. Prepare clear, timely documentation and maintain organized claim files in accordance with business standards. Support the continuous improvement of claims processes and customer service goals. Qualifications 3+ years of experience
handling auto property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims. Strong understanding of claims investigation, evaluation, and settlement best practices. Ability to manage
high-volume caseloads
with strong organization and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with public entities or transit-related risks is a plus (not required). Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision?making abilities. Work Environment On-site, full-time position
