Verify title for accuracy and file in title cabinets.\nVerify and deliver titles or checks to the dealer/member in the lobby when requested and verify loan has paid off.\nProcess vehicle titles when loan paid off.\nMail title if needed after verifying proper address.\nAdministrative Duties:\nPerform loan support in accordance with policies, established procedures, and interpreting regulations while meeting all deadlines and performance expectations.\nProvide exceptional service to internal and external members in alignment with the Credit Union's core values.\nSupport the member and Credit Union staff by responding to document related support requests with accuracy and professionalism.\nScan various loan documentation to in-house imaging system.\nScan insurance policies to Allied Insurance Solutions.\nVerify all required paperwork for all new loans, GAP contracts, MRC contracts are in the in-house imaging system.\nPrepare certified mail and Federal Express packages.\nVerify and deliver titles or checks to the dealer/member in the lobby when requested and verify loan has paid off.\nSupport document management policy compliance.\nProcess returned mail by flagging accounts and noting those requiring address updates.\nUpdate member addresses in the system as needed.\nProcess checks before end of day (Loan payments, deposits)\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent organizational skills\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of Non-Real Estate consumer loan documents according to bank policy, compliance, and governing regulations. Ensures closing documents are prepared accurately and provided timely to banker to meet closing date and times.\nDuties and Responsibilities

Acquires and maintains detailed knowledge of products, all applicable laws, and S&T Bank's Lending Policy to ensure compliance.\nMaintains proficiency in Documentation Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet searches, E-mail, I.B.S., Consumer Loan Origination System, and Optima along with the upgrades to these programs or replacement software and any other conduit available to process applications as well as prepare required documents.\nEnsures hazard insurance has appropriate limits and coverage for vehicle loans.\nEnsures homeowners insurance and flood insurance have appropriate limits, coverage, effective dates, and S&T Bank listed in the proper mortgagee position for home equity loans.\nMonitors the S&T Closing Date Report to ensure loan documents are prepared based off closing dates requested.\nSatisfy underwriting stipulation(s) according to conditional approval.\nReviews and verifies all supporting documents from third party and bankers to prepare the consumer loan documents. Makes changes to the loan package as necessary.\nUpdates product log, Documentation Checklist, and internal closing calendar (on an ongoing basis) as work is completed.\nAssists in the training and development of Consumer Bankers, and maintenance (including updates) of the Consumer Loan Desktop Procedure to be used as both a training and reference manual.\nPrepares documents for consumer loans, following all federal and state regulations, which include verifying all conditions of the approved loan have been met prior to the release of documents for closing with borrowers.\nMaintains a good working relationship with bank employees.
