Patent Agent/Technology Specialist CS/EE AI

Responsibilities: Seeking a full time Patent Agent or Technology Specialist with a advanced degree (Ph.D.) preferred in computer science, electrical engineering or similar and have experience with AI, ML and/or Bioinformatics.Candidates will be working with clients to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis. Candidates work will include, analyzing technical documents to assist with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigations. Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced Degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar 1-2 years of Law firm experience
