Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and exceptionally resourceful Art Director to bring a Director’s concepts to life through bold visual design and hands-on execution. The Director will provide the creative concept and treatment, and you will be responsible for designing and executing the visual world that makes each video visually unforgettable. This role combines art direction, production oversight, and creative problem-solving. You will lead all visual elements of production—from set design and props to location styling and overall aesthetic execution—while also managing the logistics required to bring each concept to life. We produce the most viral videos on the internet, regularly hitting 100M views per post! Creative Execution Translate the Director’s treatment and visual ideas into fully realized environments and sets. Design the overall visual aesthetic, color palette, props, and set styling for each video. Create bold visual moments that elevate the storytelling and increase shareability. Ensure all visual elements align with the Director’s vision and social-media-first storytelling. Preproduction & Planning Lead all preproduction phases, from concept to execution, including locations, logistics, and art direction. Collaborate with the creative team to refine ideas and align with the Director’s vision and audience goals. Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, securing all necessary approvals ahead of time. On-Set Production Management Run daily on-set logistics, coordinating crew, equipment, and schedules. Maintain pace, energy, and deadlines to meet short-form content goals. Troubleshoot issues quickly to avoid delays and keep production on track. Provide on-set visual direction aligned with social and viral content strategy. Qualifications Strong background in art direction, production design, or visual storytelling. Ability to translate creative ideas into practical visual execution. Strong aesthetic instincts and understanding of social media visual culture. Highly resourceful and comfortable working independently. This is an in-office position.
