Job Summary- Community Association Manager (HOA Manager)
The Community Association Manager is a high-profile position that requires a professional who possesses strength in team leadership and customer service. The Manager must be a self-starter with excellent decision-making skills and willing to solve challenging problems.
Qualifications Two years’ experience as a Community Association Manager
Exceptional written communication (including grammar, spelling, and formatting) and verbal communication
Commitment to a high degree of detail
Ability to plan and re-prioritize continuously throughout the day
Reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits Pay: $65,000-$70,000 per year

$65,000-$70,000 based on experience
Responsibilities Coordinate, attend and facilitate successful association Board and Annual meetings
Communicate regularly and foster a successful relationship with the Board
Provides specific assistance to the Board in administration, policies and procedures and litigation processes
Administers communications and responds to inquiries and client concerns effectively and independently
Enforces community rules and regulations
Vendor bids and contract management
Conducts property visits regularly and inspects common area owned by Association clients
Oversight of monthly expenses, capital improvement and repair projects within the Budget
