Join our creative team of talented designers and writers!

As a Visual Designer, you will:

• Create stunning visual assets for diverse design projects, using your creativity and passion to produce impactful designs across various mediums including print, packaging, and digital.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other designers, writers, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets on time, whether it’s a new menu for our cafe, online graphics, or packaging for new coffee products.
• Handle projects of all sizes, from routine design updates supporting our cafes to collaborating with the Senior Designer and Art Director on concept development through to final execution.
• Ensure designs are sustainable and within budget while maintaining our brand integrity.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, whether in-house or at an agency.
• A Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in a design discipline (e.g., graphic design, UI/UX) or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• An expert eye for color and typography.
• A genuine love for great coffee, food, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
