AP Data Entry Specialist

$ 22 - $ 26 / Hour Greensboro, North Carolina Accounting & Finance Contractor We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Greensboro, NC area to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume AP environment and can jump in quickly with minimal ramp-up time. What You'll Be Doing: Entering a high volume of invoices into the ERP system. Handle vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with internal controls Heavy data entry supporting the AP team with a special project What We're Looking For: 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume setting Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Experience working with ERP or accounting systems Solid Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Ability to work independently in a contract role with minimal supervision Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Samantha Garman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
