Job Description: Support audience segmentation, campaign execution, and marketing data analysis within a marketing technology ecosystem, helping ensure targeted campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimize audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns
Execute and support campaign deployment within Adobe marketing platforms
Monitor segmentation logic to ensure accuracy, performance, and data integrity
Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and targeting opportunities
Troubleshoot campaign, data, or segmentation issues and partner with technical teams to resolve
Translate campaign requirements into segmentation strategies with marketing and analytics teams
Manage multiple campaign requests and priorities while maintaining high accuracy
Maintain documentation and best practices for campaign and segmentation processes
Requirements: Must-Haves: 3-5 years of experience in database marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or similar marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of data segmentation, campaign targeting, and marketing data structures
Experience troubleshooting customer data, segmentation logic, and campaign execution issues
Experience writing SQL or querying marketing databases
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, web, SMS)
Experience working with CRM systems, CDPs, or marketing automation platforms
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Salesforce campaign management Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries Experience working in data-driven marketing organizations
