Expected salary range of $158,400 to $176,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Cyber Strategy & Business Operations Manager serves as the central coordination point for cyber strategy execution, reporting, and organizational engagement. The role is responsible for leading executive- and board-level cyber strategy communications, translating program data into actionable insights, and supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic cyber initiatives across the enterprise. This position partners closely with Cyber, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives, priorities, and outcomes, while also leading cyber security communications, training, and awareness efforts that reinforce a strong security culture. In addition, the manager builds and develops a high-performing team responsible for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination activities that support informed leadership decision-making and continuous improvement of the cyber program.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities Lead the development and delivery of cyber strategy reports, executive summaries, and board level materials while ensuring consistent and aligned strategic messaging across cyber teams and business units. Analyze cyber program data, metrics, and trends to assess performance, risk exposure, and progress against strategic objectives, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership decision making. Support the development, execution, and tracking of cyber strategy, business plans, and key initiatives in partnership with Cyber, IT, and business stakeholders to align objectives, priorities, and outcomes. Lead cyber security communications and awareness initiatives that promote organizational understanding of cyber strategy and best practices while driving adoption of strategic initiatives and reinforcing a culture of security. Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination activities, providing coaching and performance oversight to ensure consistent and high quality execution of responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Cyber Security, or a related field and typically 8 to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices Experience in regulatory compliance, policy analysis, and executive-level engagement Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing cyber security strategies and initiatives Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills Experience leading, coordinating and managing projects or sub teams and knowledge of project management Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written Demonstrated ability to lead remote or hybrid teams and individuals Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Cyber Security, Information Assurance, or a related discipline 10 years of progressive experience in cyber security strategy, operations, or risk management Experience serving as a central coordination point for cyber operations across multiple business units Experience with metrics development, performance measurement, and strategic planning. Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable process enhancements Experience with budget management, vendor oversight, and third-party risk assessment Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives Relevant security certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc.) Current or former Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience in executive level reporting on strategic initiatives, developing and delivering effective executive presentations Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to build, motivate, coach, and mentor high-performing teams to meet objectives
