Full-Time Floating Teller Position
The New Washington State Bank is looking for detail oriented, organized, and customer focused individuals to join our team! This full-time position will work at multiple branch locations. Traveling locally across multiple branches is required. Primary Job Duties The primary duties and responsibilities of this full-time position include but are not limited to: Promoting good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer service Processing transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, etc. Issuing personal money orders and cashier's checks Answering customer inquires Performing daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch Minimum Qualifications The minimum qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products and internet applications Ability to learn and effectively use software tools 1 year of prior customer service experience (preferably as a Teller) Benefits Offered As a full time employee of the New Washington State Bank you will be eligible for the following benefits: Retirement package that includes a 401K and an ESOP Retirement Program Medical, dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance Vacation and sick time Paid holidays Potential for bonuses as well as pay increases We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
