Corporate Mailroom Team Member
Join the CVS corporate mailroom team and play a key role in managing high-volume digital printing and mail operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include operating large production-class printers, folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-capacity inserter machines, and performing other mailroom functions throughout the day. This role requires verifying print jobs against documentation, completing printing, inserting, postage stamping, and communicating job completion within strict timeframes. As part of a 24/7, 365-day operation handling sensitive healthcare information, accuracy and confidentiality are essential. Experience in a print or mailroom setting Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Experience operating:
Neopost/Pitney Bowes Class inserters Xerox production-class printers
Prior experience in a similar or related role Education
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree or specialized training preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
