Founded by operators from TikTok, Google, and Stanford and backed by Sequoia Capital, Vizzy Labs is already powering campaigns across fast-growing consumer brands, generating millions of views each month.
We’re an early-stage team where creative strategy isn’t support — it’s the core engine of growth.
Why This Role Exists
Creative strategy is becoming the defining factor in how brands succeed through creators.
We’re hiring our first Creative Strategist to build the systems that make high-performing creative scalable — frameworks, playbooks, and feedback loops that turn insight into repeatable outcomes.
You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll define it.
The Role
This is a strategy-first role (approximately 70% strategy, 30% execution).
You’ll work directly with founders to:
Understand why content performs
Build creative systems that scale across creators and campaigns
The work you do will directly shape how brands scale across hundreds of creators and millions of views.
What You'll Do
Define Creative Direction
Develop Creative Briefs with clear hooks, messaging architecture, and narrative structure.
Break Down High-Performing Content
Analyze top-performing ads and organic content to identify repeatable patterns and frameworks.
Partner With Creators
Help creators refine concepts, scripts, and execution based on performance insight.
Build Creative Systems
Create playbooks, frameworks, and internal tools that allow creative success to scale.
Close the Learning Loop
Translate performance data into refined creative hypotheses and improved future direction.
Example Projects
Break down top-performing TikTok ads and turn insights into scalable creative frameworks
Develop creative direction used across dozens of creator videos
Help creators evolve concepts based on retention and conversion signals
Build internal libraries of proven hooks, structures, and creative patterns

Qualifications
Required
2–4+ years in creative strategy, creator marketing, performance social, or similar roles
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce structured Creative Briefs
Nice to Have
Experience with performance creative or UGC ads
Personal experience as a content creator
Familiarity with AI tools

This is a foundational hire with a clear path to senior creative strategy leadership.
