Location: Logistics Facility Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM Pay Rate: $22.50/hour Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Parcel Associate to support parcel and dock operations for a logistics company that helps brands move and manage products efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring parcels are processed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. Immediate availability is required. Job Duties / Responsibilities
Monitor the full parcel lifecycle, including label creation, sortation, staging, and dock loading Perform regular Gaylord audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and outbound readiness Oversee dock operations to ensure parcels are scanned, staged, and loaded on schedule Track and report parcel performance and dock metrics to leadership, identifying risks and solutions Troubleshoot workflow or equipment issues in coordination with maintenance or support teams Enforce and model company and site-specific safety policies Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned Job Requirements
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (parcel sortation, dock, or fulfillment preferred) Ability to start immediately Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Strong organizational, communication, and accountability skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
