$20.00 to $22.00 per hour Irving, Texas Customer Service & Support Contractor Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan Responding to information requests from clients and customers Testing new database systems and software updates Maintaining security of company records Updating and maintaining information on company databases and computer systems Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
