Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and high-quality customer and contract information within all internal systems. This position is fully onsite at the corporate office located in Stuart, FL. The specialist is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information, creating and updating customer accounts, and ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms. You will manage a high daily workload, supporting over 100 locations, and will work closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager. Responsibilities Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts. Process contract information and customer setup changes. Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals. Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates. Work on reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors. Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets. Essential Skills Proficient in data entry and Excel. High typing speed. Strong critical thinking skills. At least 80% of tasks involve data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with contract entering is an advantage. Experience with JDE is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. Two years of related work experience. Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented service mindset. Ability to multitask and manage several screens/systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ownership mentality and strong work ethic. Work Environment This role is based onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office in an air-conditioned environment. The training schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the post-training schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment as part of a team consisting of four data entry specialists, one reviewer/assigner, and two QA specialists. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
