Distribution Associate - 1st Shift

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Distribution Associate. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our distribution center. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you'll be a key player in maintaining product flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Process and audit orders with attention to detail. Ensure company products meet customer needs through careful processing and auditing. Pack products securely for shipment. Ship orders accurately to designated customer locations. Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications. Collect and compact cardboard efficiently. Sort and count parts to maintain inventory accuracy. Essential Skills

Experience in inventory management. Proficiency in packing, picking, and order processing. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience working in a warehouse environment. Skills in counting, labeling, and maintaining inventory. Why Work Here?

This is a contract to hire position based out of Milan, IL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
