Client Partnership & Risk Strategy

Support Surety Producers and Senior Account Managers with bond preparation and processing Review contracts, specifications, and documents to extract and document key details Prepare accurate bond forms using Adobe or similar tools Respond to client emails and limited phone inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with day-to-day service tasks to support retention and high-quality client experience Operational Excellence

Enter and verify data in company systems with high accuracy Maintain organized documentation, including scanning and filing all documents Ensure compliance and accuracy of all bond forms, records, and supporting materials Support audits and reporting requests as needed Track projects, manage priorities, and maintain organized workflows Assist in the full bond lifecycle, from initial request through final document delivery Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation standards Strategic Contribution

Identify documentation gaps and process improvement opportunities Anticipate team needs and support operational efficiencies Assist with new business opportunities by ensuring timely, high-quality document preparation Qualifications

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence Experience using Adobe or similar tools for document preparation Preferred

Experience in Property & Casualty insurance or surety Experience with bond workflows or insurance documentation Accounting or financial processing experience Core Competencies

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Accurate and consistent documentation habits Strong relationship and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive and self-directed approach Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Additional Information

Compensation: Salary range: $53,000
