RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Content Production
- Design marketing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, displays, and website assets
- Edit and produce marketing videos for our website, social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
- Create engaging content including educational articles, landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads across digital channels
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Support email marketing and marketing automation initiatives
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon
- Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance
- Monitor budget allocation and ROI
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Monitor traffic, conversions, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Use data insights to guide campaign improvements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. (Not required.)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
