Head of AI & Data Management

Overview

We’re building the AI backbone of a growing biotech. As we advance multiple programs toward clinical development, we’re hiring a Head of AI & Data Management to lead AI integration across discovery, clinical development, regulatory readiness, scientific documentation, market modeling, and operations.

Responsibilities

• AI‑enabled discovery workflows (target identification, molecule screening)
• Bioinformatics and scientific data automation
• Deployment of an AI platform for scientific report writing and regulatory filing (IND modules, protocols, study reports)
• Clinical data analysis platforms (EDC integration, trial analytics, enrollment forecasting, site performance modeling)
• AI‑driven clinical trial feasibility and patient population modeling
• Market sizing and portfolio analytics
• Executive dashboards for milestones, burn, and risk
• AI governance within a regulated environment

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/data capabilities in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or other complex data‑driven industries
• Experience deploying AI into real‑world operational or clinical workflows
• Familiarity with clinical data systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF) is a plus
• Comfort working in highly technical environments
• Biotech experience preferred, not required

This role will shape how scientific, clinical, regulatory, and capital allocation decisions are made across the company.
