Full-time Overview An organization in the Consumer Food Industry is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to support and enhance its ERP and operational systems. The role will focus on optimizing supply chain and inventory processes, delivering system improvements within Business Central, and leveraging automation technologies such as Power Automate to streamline business workflows. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite in Mansfield and two days remote. Key Responsibilities Configure, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet operational and financial business needs. Work closely with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Improve and maintain inventory management processes including stock control, warehouse processes, and demand planning. Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency across departments. Support supply chain functions such as purchasing, production planning, order management, and logistics within Business Central. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement system enhancements. Assist with system integrations, testing, and deployment of new features or updates. Provide user support, documentation, and training where required. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver ERP-related initiatives. Key Skills & Experience Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration and support. Experience working within Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly desirable. Solid understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and inventory control. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation. Experience with inventory management and ERP process optimization. Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Desirable Experience Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or system improvements. Knowledge of integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem. Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis within Business Central.
