Key Responsibilities

Assist patients in resolving billing issues and setting up payment plans

Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare bills

Document customer complaints, issues, and interactions in system(s)

Meet performance metrics set by management

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Candidate Requirements Essential:

High school diploma or GED

Customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong communication and de‑escalation skills

Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Reliable attendance

Must pass a 7‑year background check

High‑speed internet connection (DSL/Cable, 100+ Mbps)
