For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Sales & Technical Enablement Intern

to support SE Federal’s sales, capture, and operations teams by improving data quality, strengthening reporting processes, and enhancing the accuracy and accessibility of sales related information. This role provides hands‑on exposure to federal sales operations, customer relationship management (CRM) hygiene, pipeline management, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

What You Will Do:

Support sales operations by maintaining accurate CRM data, updating opportunity records, and validating key fields for reporting.

Assist in developing and refining data governance standards to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability of sales information.

Analyze sales, pipeline, and customer data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Help prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Coordinate with Business Development, Capture, Engineering, and Operations to gather inputs and ensure alignment on data requirements.

Support documentation of sales processes, data flows, and governance guidelines.

Assist with internal communications, meeting preparation, and follow‑up actions that drive progress across teams.

Participate in SE’s intern programming to gain exposure to the broader business.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Project Management, MIS, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

U.S. Citizenship required.

What You Will Learn:

How the Federal Segment manages sales operations, pipeline reporting, and data governance.

Fundamentals of CRM hygiene, data quality, and sales process optimization.

How to coordinate across technical and non‑technical teams to support accurate reporting and decision‑making.

Exposure to partner strategy, business development workflows, and operational execution.

Work Environment:

Hybrid role: Remote work combined with on‑site presence.

Full‑time schedule for ~10 weeks with collaboration across teams.
