Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am -5:00pm)
Job Summary Perform diverse duties to provide inside sales and effective customer service. Duties require effective verbal communications skills, visual acuity to written and computer screen data, manual coordination and dexterity in the operation of office equipment, and the ability to deal with the public in sales/service situations.
Qualifications
2 years of Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to pass CSR Assessment
Essential Job Functions
Prepare quotes and orders from distributors.
Evaluate customer needs and proactively recommend component solutions to distributors.
Review and/or determine all required components, parts, and pieces for quotes.
Follow up with distributors on the status of open quotes.
Take information pertaining to orders for Wire enclosure systems.
Prepare detailed order and parts list.
Ability to learn AutoCAD and prepare designs.
Provide customer service.
Receive inquiries from customers.
Respond to inquiries and provide technical information regarding assembly of systems.
Keep distributors updated concerning order status.
Answer questions pertaining to delivery/shipping dates.
Receive order confirmations and verify with written orders, following up on any discrepancies. Review open orders and follow up with appropriate personnel.
Refer sales leads to Inside Sales Manager.
Prepare returned goods authorization forms and forward to Inside Sales Manager.
Determine truck loading configurations and establish freight rates for LTL quotations/orders.
Work independently to organize and prioritize work.
Perform other similar duties as required or as requested by supervisor.
