Overview This role is responsible for assessing the current outside parts sales team strategy and skill set, and providing mentorship as needed to foster growth of skill and strategy.
Responsibilities
Participate in ride-alongs and customer visits to assess sales approach and communication with customers.
Evaluate overall outside parts sales team strategy and tactics.
Provide mentorship and review proven effective sales techniques to existing employees.
Identify training needs and work with internal members to build employee competencies and strengthen desired skill sets on the outside parts sales team.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
10 years of progressive sales experience
Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint
18 years and older
Ability to travel up to 80%
