Job Description Primarily responsible for recording liens and preparing lien release documents for paid in full accounts for Consumer and Commercial portfolios by analyzing commitment/worksheets, loan systems, new, renewed and amended loan/collateral documentation. Advises lending staff on documentation issues, lien filing issues, and ensures proper approval for partial release transactions.

How You'll Spend Your Time
You’ll determine appropriate actions to be taken to ensure proper release of all collateral items.
You’ll analyze commitment/loan worksheets, note, loan and security agreements for lien release/paid-in-full transactions including renewals and/or collateral amendments.
You’ll seek solution to avoid potential collateral lien weaknesses.
You’ll ensure proper approval of loans and adherence to policies to ensure loans are closed in exact accordance with the approved commitment.
You’ll enter all follow-ups and exceptions into the WITS exception tracking system.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through an Associate’s Degree in Business along with 3 or more years of experience in loan processing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
