Experienced Lead Carpenter
Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family‑owned company in business since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter to assist our service department with maintenance on a variety of service calls. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to multi‑task during the day while being extremely detail‑oriented.

What we would like from our Experience Lead Carpenter:
To have a valid Driver’s License
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures
Have carpentry experience (Window & Door installation experience a plus)
Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
Comfortable with bidding on a repair (listing what needs to be done, what materials are needed, and how long they expect it to take/how many people are needed) – this is something that can be learned as you go
Comfortable with technology
Comfortable with customers – explaining clearly what needs to be done and why
Ability to determine warranty vs. non‑warranty work
Job Type: Full‑Time
Salary: Based on experience
