A leading professional networking company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the product launch program, including messaging, field readiness, cross-functional alignment, and program frameworks.

Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Own and program manage the product launch program, including quarterly intake, prioritization, and decision‑making for upcoming launches.

Partner closely with PMMs to shape product positioning and feature‑level messaging, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and narrative cohesion.

Apply product marketing judgment to assess launch readiness, scope, and narrative clarity in partnership with other PMMs and cross‑functional partners.

Collaborate with field enablement partners to drive clear messaging handoffs and support effective field readiness.

Partner with integrated marketing and downstream teams to align launch narratives to campaigns, content, and activation assets.

Establish and evolve launch program frameworks, decision forums, and operating rhythms, designing scalable ways of working as the program matures.

Drive cross‑functional alignment by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and gaps across launches and resolving them.

Product Marketing Manager Qualifications

4+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, market research, or management consulting experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

Exceptional communication, problem solving, and project management skills

Ability to demonstrate curiosity, initiative, & willingness to creatively solve problems

Experience with program & launch planning concepts such as intake, prioritization, and dependency management

Background in product marketing (including messaging and positioning)

Proven ability to build and evolve programs, not just execute existing processes

Excellent communication skills (able to move between executive summaries and tactical details)

Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence others and drive decisions
