We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to join our team!
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, bars, and banquet services. This role ensures exceptional guest service standards, operational efficiency, team leadership, and financial performance while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Essential Functions
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all food and beverage operations across the company portfolio.
Support and guide property-level Food & Beverage Directors, General Managers, and culinary teams to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence.
Develop and implement company-wide food and beverage operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor operational performance across restaurants, lounges, bars, and banquet operations to ensure alignment with company and brand standards.
Partner with property leadership teams to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Review and analyze operational reports, labor costs, food cost percentages, and profitability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase food and beverage revenue through promotions, events, menu innovation, and upselling initiatives.
Collaborate with Executive Chefs and property leadership on menu development, pricing strategies, and concept improvements.
Support recruiting, hiring, training, and development of food and beverage leadership teams across the portfolio.
Conduct property visits and operational audits to evaluate service quality, compliance, and operational standards.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to Food & Beverage Managers and Directors.
Partner with Human Resources and property leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and leadership development plans when needed.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations across all properties.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial planning related to food and beverage operations.
Monitor inventory management procedures and cost controls across properties.
Assist properties in planning and executing large-scale events, banquets, and special food and beverage initiatives.
Serve as a key operational resource and advisor to property leadership teams.
Participate in leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and operational reviews.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations or Executive Leadership Team.

Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand or walk for extended periods during property visits or operational reviews.
The employee may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
The employee may work in environments that include food preparation areas, warm temperatures, and operational service areas.
The employee must be able to operate effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Qualification Standards
Minimum
6–8 years of leadership experience in hospitality food and beverage operations , with progressive responsibility.
Multi-property or corporate oversight experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
Strong financial management experience including budgeting, labor management, and cost control.
College degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Current food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by federal, state, and local laws.
