Account Manager - Provider Relations
VillageCareMAX is looking for a self-motivated individual with a passionate attitude to act as our Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with in-network and out of network providers. Advising on VillageCareMAX's policies and procedures, resolving provider issues, and acting as a liaison between providers and VCM will be essential to this role.
Responsibilities
Orient providers to contract terms, program requirements and service coordination.
Educate providers, resolve issues, and ensure regulatory/policy compliance.
Work with IPAs to improve communication, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Analyze, organize & maintain records of communications, corrective action plans and outcomes.
Recommend and develop policies, procedures, and workflows to improve service quality and efficiency of operations.
Implement scorecard metrics and analyze data to monitor quality, and improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
Review statistics with providers to ensure continual compliance with VCM Standards.
Qualifications We would like to speak to those who have a
Bachelor's degree
in relevant field, along with
3 years of experience in managed care
working with Medicare/Medicaid providers.
