Sr. Account Executive, Creator Ad Partnerships Build direct client relationships and drive revenue through high‑impact branded content and sponsorship deals in the booming creator economy. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will own your book of business like a CEO—architecting strategies that deliver exceptional results for major brands.

You will be the trusted advisor brands turn to when they want to go beyond traditional advertising and tap into the power of creator partnerships. This role is not about one‑off media buys—you are crafting sophisticated, multi‑faceted sponsorship programs that solve real business challenges.

Key Job Responsibilities Strategic Client Relationship Development

Build and maintain deep C‑suite relationships with named accounts and vertical assignments, focusing on direct client engagement.

Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing clients and prospect new business within assigned verticals.

Attend client functions, industry events, and travel to meet key customers in person.

Create and deliver compelling pitches that connect strategic brands with exciting creators and established IP.

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management

Achieve monthly KPIs including customer presentations, quotes, and wins.

Develop the quality and quantity of opportunities needed to meet territory goals.

Provide regular funnel activity updates and maintain a robust pipeline.

Project Collaboration & Execution

Lead high‑quality client and internal engagements, making efficient use of stakeholder time while capturing and executing actionable outcomes.

Manage branded content projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.

Proactively maintain documentation and project management software.

Review all work to ensure quality control and achievement of client objectives.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of media sales experience.

5+ years of entertainment marketing, audio, or other media sales experience.

Experience building client and agency ad partnerships.

Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales and generating revenue.

Experience with C‑level sales and strategic partnership building.

Experience with podcast sales, video sales, or audio programs.

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Experience with negotiation and relationship building skills with sales teams (ideally with content creators, agencies and brands).

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: USD 148,700 – 201,200 annually (NY). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and optional Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
