$95,000 – $140,000 (USD) Job Summary
Our client, an Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group. This high-performing team advises clients on complex, high-profile real estate transactions across all major asset classes, including acquisitions, dispositions, and sophisticated debt and equity financings. The Real Estate Paralegal will play a critical role supporting attorneys and clients throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from due diligence through closing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced handling complex commercial real estate matters in a fast-paced law firm, in-house, or title company environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct and coordinate comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and underlying documentation Draft, revise, and assemble real estate conveyance and financing documents Drive the closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt/equity financings Prepare, file, and track UCC financing statements Order, review, and analyze lien, litigation, and related searches Handle special projects involving legal research and reporting Serve as a liaison among attorneys, clients, title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel, and government agencies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus a Paralegal Certificate 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience Strong expertise in title and survey review Experience supporting large, complex transactions preferred Superior organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, document management, and timekeeping systems Benefits
