Founding Account Executive (AI | Logistics Tech)
Blumberg Capital is partnering with a venture‑backed logistics technology company in our portfolio that is transforming how air freight and supply‑chain operations leverage modern AI solutions. We are helping them identify a Founding Account Executive to join the team and help build the company’s sales engine from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and early leadership team to shape the go-to‑market strategy, win early customers, and define the sales playbook as the company scales.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Engage with logistics and supply chain leaders to understand operational challenges
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate clear ROI
Partner with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations
Contribute to early GTM strategy, messaging, and market feedback
What we’re looking for
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, or SaaS, or AI
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling complex or technology‑driven solutions
Strong consultative sales approach and executive‑level communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment
