Be the 'voice of the brand' for Whirlpool consumers and trade partners. Solve puzzles! Use phone, chat, and email to troubleshoot issues and schedule expert service. Provide a 'wow' experience that keeps our customers coming back. Details
Pay: $14.50/hr (Consistent, reliable income). Location: Beautiful onsite center in Cleveland, TN. Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Standard business hours). Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from curious folks who want to make sure they’re covered for the long haul or are looking to resolve an appliance‑related issue. Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing appliance difficulties. Build relationships with customers and ensure they understand the value of the extra protection while explaining the value of the service plans and answering any questions customers may have. Minimum Requirements
Must be available to work a 40‑hour schedule. High School Diploma/GED. Intermediate computer skills. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Functioning smartphone for multi‑factor authentication. Skills
