Create user‑centric experiences: help design intuitive UX pages, conduct demos, capture feedback, and iterate to improve usability and adoption.

Partner across teams: collaborate with P&A stakeholders, data product teams, technology, and risk/compliance partners to ensure accurate, controlled data flows.

Assist with integrations: set up and troubleshoot data imports, mappings, and basic transformation logic; elevate complex integration issues to senior team members.

Contribute to Agile delivery: participate in backlog grooming, write/clarify user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver increments in sprints.

Uphold controls and quality: adhere to firmwide SDLC, access controls, peer reviews, and change management processes; maintain clear model and process documentation.
