Overview Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? At Gallagher, the parent company of Ballator, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with care and expertise. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, assisting them with policy updates, billing questions, and claims inquiries. You’ll ensure their insurance needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Working closely with underwriters, brokers, and other teams, you’ll help resolve issues and deliver exceptional service. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help keep everything running smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Answer client questions about coverage, billing, and claims.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service.
About You You’re a great communicator who loves helping people. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re also tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
What you’ll bring:
A high school diploma (or equivalent); a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience in customer service, insurance, or policy administration.
A Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License or 4-40 Customer Representative License.
Familiarity with insurance systems like Epic and Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
Ability to work 100% remotely.
Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
