RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Media Network leadership to develop and enhance go-to-market strategies. Transform Media Network rate cards and related materials into engaging sales tools. Train Category Management teams on Media Network offerings and their unique value propositions. Act as a subject-matter expert during supplier-facing discussions, providing support for sales efforts as necessary. Work closely with Category Management to uncover demand-generation opportunities aligned with category strategies. Engage in supplier meetings and business reviews to foster education, adoption, and renewal initiatives. Convert performance metrics into actionable buying recommendations and long-term investment strategies. Support the management of agency relationships where applicable. Gather feedback from field, suppliers, and Categories to inform pricing and inventory strategies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities within the Media Network space. Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and Analytics teams to document requirements for the offering roadmap. Monitor progress of Media Network initiatives across various teams and vendor partners. Facilitate communication among Category Management, Media Network Operations, Finance, Product, BI, and Legal departments. Ensure visibility into future pipelines and forecasting inputs as the Media Network continues to expand. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Media Network leadership and various internal teams. Establish and nurture connections with Media Network technology vendors, measurement partners, and advertisers. Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT Remote:

This position is fully remote, with all responsibilities to be executed from a home-based setting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 5 years in ad sales, media sales, or other supplier-facing commercial roles. Proven experience in digital advertising, retail media, or performance marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to train or enable internal teams, particularly in Category Management or sales functions. Experience managing forecasting, pipelines, and renewal targets effectively. Exceptional negotiation and influencing capabilities. Strong organizational skills to balance multiple accounts and priorities efficiently. Superb verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to suppliers and executives. A willingness to travel up to 10% as required. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in B2B, wholesale, foodservice, or ecommerce settings. Knowledge of sponsored search, onsite display, or digital merchandising programs. Experience managing co-op funding or agency relationships. Experience in launching go-to-market strategies or new product introductions. Ability to function in large, matrixed enterprise organizations. This role includes eligibility for an annual incentive plan bonus.
