We are seeking a
Lead Paid Media Strategist
to join our paid media team and help elevate Cove to new heights. This role focuses on driving
incremental and profitable growth at scale. In this position, you will manage and drive growth for over $3M/month in media spend across: Meta (core focus) TikTok AppLovin (strong plus) With future expansion into additional channels Experience managing a brand with
$100M+ in annual revenue
and substantial budgets is a must. If you’re new to this level of investment, this role is not for you. What You’ll Own: Manage and scale $3M+ monthly across various platforms Develop and execute structured testing frameworks on a weekly basis Drive new growth opportunities beyond just retargeting Conduct in-depth performance analysis (including metrics such as Hook Rate, CTR, and AOV) Exercise strict budget control and reallocating capital with assurance Spot winning creative trends and work with our content team to maximize them Design comprehensive funnel strategies with clear KPI ownership Validate growth across different media platforms Provide daily and weekly performance reports to the Growth Director Stay ahead of shifts in algorithms and ad technology Ensure profitability in scaling efforts, without exception. You Are: A seasoned operator with experience managing
$3M+/month in ad spend Proven experience with brands at the
$100M+ scale Highly skilled in Meta Ads Manager Knowledgeable in TikTok Ads Comfortable working with AppLovin Passionate about understanding backend economics (like gross margin and blended CAC) Data-driven yet commercially focused Composed under pressure Extremely prompt and decisive Self-sufficient and proactive in your actions Please Don’t Apply If: You have only managed small-scale budgets You rely on generic agency templates You struggle to explain the concept of incrementality You prioritize in-platform metrics over actual business outcomes You require close supervision You have no experience scaling campaigns from zero to over seven figures This position is not for media coordinators; we're looking for growth drivers.
