Our Internet Representatives are the first point of contact to assist our customers in the car-buying experience. You will be the go-to person for our customer's questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and the purchasing process. You will become the GM expert on all of the newest technologies, vehicles, & features. We offer paid, on-the-job training dedicated to your success; from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This position requires a 45 hour work week.

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
Provide customers with initial product information
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
