We are looking for an exceptional Senior Living Sales Counselor to join the presales team for Belle Springs, a brand-new Life Plan Community coming to Spring Hill, Tennessee.
Belle Springs is a true blue-sky development located next to The Reserve at Spring Hill, and we're currently in an exciting presales phase with strong momentum. Our goal is to reach full presales by March 2027, followed by construction and the opening of what will become one of the region's premier senior living communities.
This role is 100% sales and relationship-driven, perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building trust, guiding prospects through major decisions, and achieving measurable results.
What You'll Do As a Senior Living Advisor, you will guide prospective residents from their first inquiry through deposit and move-in by using a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities
Managing leads and guiding prospects through the full sales process
Conducting discovery conversations to understand lifestyle and care needs
Presenting the benefits and lifestyle of the community through tours, presentations, and events
Maintaining consistent communication with prospects and families
Tracking sales activity and pipeline within the CRM system
Generating referrals through networking, community outreach, and existing contacts
Meeting and exceeding goals for calls, appointments, deposits, and move-ins
Hosting and participating in community marketing events
Building strong relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing
Relationship-driven sales approach with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow a structured sales process
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, English, or related field preferred
Senior living sales experience preferred but not required
