
Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Willing to get an insurance license
Be motivated! This is a commission‑based position, and you can earn if you put in the work

Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and be willing to go above and beyond to achieve above‑average results
Must be willing to work for the income you expect to make in your first year
Compensation $40,000 - $53,000 yearly
