We’re looking for a Sales Agent to join us at Telia.
I’m
Dobrica Sokanovic, Sales Manager Broadband & TV , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering measurable sales results across Telia’s fiber upgrade program and on converting internally generated leads into new FWA and Fixed sales.
What you’ll do: In this role, you will primarily work with fiber upgrades within the SDU segment, while also contributing to new sales across a broad product portfolio, including FWA, Fixed, and Mobile services.
You will be responsible for handling incoming leads related to FWA and SDU new sales, as well as managing customer relocations and contributing to sales within mobile and mobile broadband subscriptions.

Experience from similar roles within sales
Strong interest in customer service
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive attitude towards change and new ways of working
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams structure
Experience using Salesforce, ICX, Homesales, and SmallMaps is an advantage
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is considered an advantage
