Job Summary The Real Estate Lease Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day lease administration, space planning, and real estate transaction support while exercising a high degree of independent judgement and coordination across departments. The role serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, brokers, and service providers, and supports leadership by ensuring accurate lease data, efficient space utilization, and informed real estate decision‑making across the portfolio. Essential Functions
Independently manage the review, abstraction, interpretation, and processing of lease documents to ensure compliance with standard lease terms and organizational requirements. Prepare and coordinate new leases, renewals, amendments, and related documentation, working directly with landlords, brokers, property managers, and legal counterparts. Ensure all lease‑required documents (e.g., certificates of insurance) are obtained, reviewed, and maintained. Provide guidance and recommendations on lease terms, expirations, and options based on portfolio needs and operational considerations. Responsible for preparation of lease accounting documents, this may include but not limited to; vendor set-up, W9 collection, working directly with 3rd party vendor sending rent statements and rent collection to ensure proper invoicing. Review and prepare CAM reconciliations. Verifies the collection of TI reimbursements and disbursements. Work as a liaison with accounting departments to monitor and track rental and operating expense income. Support lease accounting activities and serve as a liaison with Accounting and Finance teams. Oversee the distribution and creation of certificate of insurance. Coordinates with network insurance company to order and update all commercial liability and property policies for real estate portfolio. Responsible for providing detailed building/property information to network insurance companies to ensure that insurance coverage complies. Responsible for tracking and collection of certificates of insurance. Maintains Statement of Values. Maintains and oversees space management database, spreadsheets, and/or tools needed to update and assist with audits on seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, tracks, and provides reports. Interacts with department leaders and coordinates move as approved. Analyze space capacity, utilization and vacancies. Prepare reports to support planning and operational decisions.Perform other duties as assigned. Education
Associate’s degree or 2 years' work-related experience – Required Bachelor's Degree or 4 years’ work-related experience - Preferred Experience
4 years leasing or accounting experience – Required 8 years leasing or accounting experience - Preferred License and Certifications
Driver License – Current and Valid – Required Real Estate License - Current and Valid - Required
