Join our team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience for clients and their pets. What You’ll Do: Greet clients warmly and guide them through the clinic process. Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email. Recommend services and products tailored to each pet’s lifestyle. Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database. Support the veterinary team by assisting with billing, medication labeling, and client education. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for pets, clients, and staff. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Comfortable and confident handling dogs and cats with care and patience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry. Medical or veterinary background is a plus! Ability to explain basic veterinary concepts and post‑op care instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask for help when needed.
